We strictly prohibit the sale of replica items, "unauthorized authenticals," or any product that copies a brand name without authorization from the original manufacturer.
By shopping with us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing authentic goods sourced and vetted by our management.
3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Local Delivery: We provide delivery services within Trinidad and Tobago.
International Shipping: For orders outside of Trinidad and Tobago, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or third-party postal carriers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Online Dreams Retailers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Online Dreams Retailers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
7. Payment Obligations & Outstanding Balances
By placing an order or entering into a payment plan with Online Dreams Retailers, you agree to the following:
Payment in Full: All goods must be paid for in full according to the agreed-upon price at the time of purchase.
Debt Collection: Customers are legally obligated to remit all money owed for products received or services rendered.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to apply interest or late fees to any balance that remains unpaid past the specified due date.
Recovery Costs: In the event that legal action or a collection agency is required to recover outstanding debts, the customer will be responsible for all associated legal fees and collection costs.
Order Withholding: We reserve the right to withhold future shipments or cancel active orders for any account with an outstanding "money owed" status until the balance is cleared.
